Inventory Clerk 2nd shift

Duties And Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate inventory of finished goods, raw materials, packaging, film.
• Accurate data entry and file maintenance in PRMS.
• Follow proper documentation procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Interface with production, warehouse, scheduling, etc., as needed.
• Inventory variance review, research, and explanations needed.
• Follow-up on findings of that research for corrective actions where appropriate.
• MUV research and reports as required or requested by the accounting department.
• Maintain files so that they are readily available for review.
• Communicate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing and Transportation team on a regular basis (proactive communication and information sharing as needed).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Computer knowledge: MS Word and Excel.
• Highly motivated individual who is a self-starter.
• Ability to multitask.
• Operate a Sit-down and Stand-up Forklift.
• Workdays or nights and weekends as necessary.
• Work in cold environment (under 34 degrees).
• Work in wet environment with prolonged standing, noise exposure, and climbing stairs, frequent bending.
