About the role

CJ Logistics America seeks an Inventory Clerk to join their team and ensure inventory runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and experience with inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
  • Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
  • Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identify and correct inventory discrepancies.
  • Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine the root cause.
  • Status Savvy: Manage inventory at various status levels and ensure proper handling.
  • Forklift Pro: Operate a Sit-Down Forklift for inventory counts and other tasks.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Work with customers and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with AS400 and/or WMS systems (preferred).
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift certified.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience with inventory management and/or warehouse operations.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$21.00-$23.00 per hour + $0.75 shift differential.

Schedule

2A - Tuesday thru Saturday: 3:30pm to 12:00am
2B - Sunday thru Thursday: 3:30pm to 12:00am
