Warehouse Inventory Clerk- I (PM Shift)
About the role
At Silvus Technologies, we are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk-I to manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for controlling the flow of materials in and out of the warehouse while maintaining good housekeeping practices.
Responsibilities
- Verify information on packing slips against purchase orders and input data into the system.
- Collaborate with the buyers to address and resolve any inventory discrepancies and issues.
- Update and manage incoming and outgoing inspection logs, overseeing inventory in the inspection area.
- Cookorate with the buyers and production supervisor to issue materials and kits for production build requirements.
- Retrieve accessories for sales orders, facilitate returns to suppliers, and manage outside processes.
- Record all inventory transactions promptly and accurately in the system.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly cycle counts and year-end physical inventory counts.
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment, including clear bin labeling, tracking date codes, and adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) practice.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse experience, preferably handling electronic components (printed circuit board assemblies, accessories, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
- All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

Compensation
The compensation for this position is $23 - $25 per hour. This pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data and will vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
Office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to do the following: Perform bending and reaching movements to place items on lower and higher shelves. Kneel or squat to access lower shelves. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when receiving incoming part shipments.
