Warehouse & Inventory Associate
About the role
The Data Center Operations Team at Fluidstack operates at the scale of a nation, aiming to reach 100 GW by the end of the decade, equivalent to the entire electricity consumption of Japan. You will manage infrastructure the size of a G7, operating in a live construction zone, and adapt in real-time to turn the pace of build-out into an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to receive, move, stage, and ship critical infrastructure at high velocity.
- Load, unload, inspect, and organize incoming hardware, ensuring every shipment is accounted for and ready for deployment.
- Pick, pack, and deliver parts quickly and accurately so technicians and engineers always have what they need to keep the data center moving.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and deployment-ready warehouse, keeping inventory accessible and material flowing efficiently across the site.
- Support inventory counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking with precision, helping maintain accurate inventory and prevent operational delays.
- Aid in packaging, returns, RMAs, and other warehouse operations while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and workflow.
Requirements
- You've worked in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing environment, construction site, or other hands-on operational setting where safety, speed, and accuracy matter.
- You're comfortable operating forklifts or are willing to become certified, and you take pride in moving material safely and efficiently.
- You're dependable, physically active, and enjoy work that keeps you on your feet while solving real operational problems.
- You communicate well, work effectively as part of a team, and understand that every shipment, pallet, and part plays a role in keeping critical infrastructure online.
Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse management systems, barcode scanners, shipping and receiving, inventory control, data center hardware, or high-growth operational environments is a plus.
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy lifting and operating forklifts.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments within the organization.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
