Warehouse & Installation Associate

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aid in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and stage items for outbound shipments.
• Support loading and unloading of trucks and deliveries.
• Assist installers with assembling exhibit components, displays, and fixtures.
• Help prepare materials and tools needed for installations.
• Perform basic pre-show and post-show checks of exhibit materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
• Support team members with general warehouse and installation tasks as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or receiving environment preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of tools and general construction concepts preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn installation processes and warehouse operations.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.).
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
