Job Overview
Maintains Singing River Electric's material assets and supplies in an orderly fashion, to ensure that they are readily available for crews.
Position Requirements
- One to two years prior warehouse-related experience, preferred.
- Experience maintaining procedure related to the incoming and outgoing of materials and orders.
- Knowledge of tools and materials related to electrical and fiber distribution.
- High School diploma or its equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Forklift certification, preferred.
- Class A or Class D license, preferred.
- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures.
- Knowledge of personal computers' operating procedures, spreadsheets, and various types of software including Excel.
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when needed or in emergency situations.
- Coordination, vocational, reading skills, computer and math skills, writing and communication skills.
- Good human relations skills.
- Ability to operate a computer and utilize its various software and peripheral equipment.
