Warehouse (Hub) Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, returns, inventory, shipping, and dispatch operations.
• Lead, train, coach, and supervise warehouse and driving staff.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment performance.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and company policies.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Control labor costs and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Transportation, Sales, Purchasing, Safety, HR) to meet service goals.
• Support implementation of process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational projects.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to manage labor, productivity, and performance metrics.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven proficiency with warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers (training/certification required).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse systems (MAM WMS or similar) and spreadsheet proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business.
• Experience in high-volume distribution, e-commerce, or 3PL environments.
• Experience managing automated or mechanized warehouse systems.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience working in fast-paced, project-oriented warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with all warehouse department functions.
