Inventory Clerk Full Time (Days)
- Shift Details: Monday-Friday 5AM-Finish (Overtime may be required)
- Pay starting at $21.00

Warehouse Associate Part Time (Days)
- Shift Details: Monday-Friday hours may vary (Overtime may be required)
- Pay starting at $19.00 with potential for up to $21.03 based on a variety of earning opportunities from base pay rates, shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Warehouse Associate Full Time (Nights)
- Shift Details: Monday, Tuesday 2:30PM-Finish, Wednesday-Friday 3PM-Finish
- Pay starting at $19 per hour with potential for up to $21.03 + $2.00 shift differential, based on a variety of earning opportunities, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Associate
- Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
- Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
- Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
- Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages (dependent on shift assignment).
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Inventory Clerk
- Accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations.
- Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
- Researches discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels, as needed.
- Requests return authorizations, pulls product, packages and ships returns and recalls.
- Provides internal and external customer support.
- Assists with physical inventory.
- Provides support for DSCSA requirements as needed.
- Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.
- Supports the Inventory Department with a variety of tasks such as placing purchase orders, writes narcotic blanks, monitors service levels and breaks down deals.
- Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
- Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse, Distribution, Or Inventory experience preferred (1 year or less)
- Equipment operation: restocking machines, automated conveyer belt, etc.
- Inventory: SAP, external customers & vendor communication
Skills And Knowledge
- Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
- Ability to read and understand the English language
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards.
- Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important.
- Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime. (Overtime in most Distribution Centers is mandatory to enable real-time delivery)
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
- Nice To Have: Able to work with RF scanning equipment
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; products vary in weight and size
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift (steps vary by role and shift)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
