Warehouse High Reach Operator

About the role

We are seeking qualified candidates for full-time positions in our Dixon, IL distribution center. The center offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow skill sets in logistics and product fulfillment roles
• Operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks
• Develop and maintain a safe work environment
• Participate in team lifts and assist in lifting tasks
• Perform various tasks including order filling, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and stocking

Requirements

• Repetitively lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a warehouse or similar setting preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Pay

• Up to $25.45 per hour, depending on experience
• Regular increases every 180 days
• Additional $0.70 - $2.05 per hour based on quarterly performance
