Warehouse Handler

About the role

Provides efficient and safe movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods, and supplies through effective scan/load techniques. This non-driving position involves lifting, maneuvering, and stacking packages in various conditions, including enclosed spaces and elevated positions. Ability to work in all weather and climb stairs or ladders is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport packages accurately and safely.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuvering heavier packages with equipment or assistance.
• Work in a noisy environment, maintaining effective communication.
• Complete required training and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• No formal education or experience required.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, squat, walk, and stand for designated periods.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs/ladders if needed.

Skills

• Effective communication skills in a high-noise environment.
