Role

Kenvue is currently recruiting for Warehouse Generalist positions on 2nd, 3rd, and D shifts. Warehouse Generalists are responsible for operating forklifts, loading/unloading trailers, and transporting materials throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers and transport pallets of raw materials, packaging components, operating supplies, finished goods, and other materials to and from various plant locations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Inventory Management System (SAP) and utilize it effectively in a production environment.
• Perform sanitation and light maintenance tasks, including general housekeeping of the receiving and shipping docks and other areas of the Warehouse.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a Warehouse and/or Manufacturing/Packaging facility.
• Proficiency in reading, arithmetic, inspection, measurements, and mechanical aptitude through computerized testing.
• Flexibility and ability to work available shifts: 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:00pm) Monday to Friday as well as overtime, 3rd shift (11:00pm-7am), and weekends and holidays, as necessary.
• Physical ability to manually lift material up to 50 pounds.
• Desired Qualifications:
• Work experience within a GMP facility.
• SAP or other inventory management system experience.
• Experience operating 5 high reach trucks and slip sheet forklifts in a Warehouse or Manufacturing facility.
• Experience at loading intermodal, dry van, and refrigerated units.
