Warehouse General Worker I
Overview
Perform a wide variety of manual duties that involve physical labor.
Responsibilities include:
- Limits lifting to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
- Determine where cartons need to be sorted and placed.
- Stacks cartons / boxes onto pallets.
- Maintain and verify documentation to facilitate the flow of merchandise onto trailers / trucks.
- Identify and remove defective products.
- Put freight away in designated areas.
Qualifications
- Education Qualifications: High School GED or Work equivalent.
- Preferred Skills and Abilities: Reading and writing English, knowledge of airport codes destinations and basic geography knowledge, typing skills/or data entry skills, participates in safety policies, activities and implementations, specialized computer knowledge.
