Warehouse Fulfillment Associate

Global e-commerce womenswear brand, Naked Wardrobe is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. As a Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including packing, picking, storing, and shipping apparel products. RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive incoming shipments of apparel products and verify the accuracy of the received itemsUnload, unpack, and inspect merchandise for any damages or defectsSort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory managementPrepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirementsAssist in the loading and unloading of trucks for outgoing shipmentsMaintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols and guidelinesCollaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillmentAdhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocolsHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment QUALIFICATIONS: 1–2 years of warehouse fulfillment experience, ideally within the e-commerce apparel industryPrior experience in distribution or warehousing preferredGood verbal and written communication skillsMust have basic computer knowledge and skillsComfortable reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operating procedures, and maintenance instructionsClear and effective communication skillsStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyCollaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetMust be available to work OT as required to support business needsGood verbal and written communication skillsHas basic computer knowledge and skills.Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbsAbility to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shiftAbility to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
