Warehouse: Forklift Reach

About the role

Join our growing team in Fountain Valley as a Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving. You'll play a critical part in ensuring products are received, stored, moved, and shipped accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including Forklift Reach
• Load and unload trailers and delivery trucks
• Transport finished goods and materials between production, warehouse, and shipping areas
• Stage, organize, and verify outbound shipments for accuracy
• Perform inventory movements and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems or RF scanners
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns promptly
• Follow all company safety policies, GMP requirements, and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience
• Experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (1 year for forklift reach required)
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Familiarity with inventory systems, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of GMP and warehouse safety practices is a plus
