Warehouse Forklift Operator Direct Hire

About the role

Material Handler / Warehouse Forklift Operator position in Lancaster, Pennsylvania handling food products using sit-down forklifts in clean, organized facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member
