Pay
Starting pay is $21.84 per hour + $1.00 per hour shift differential. Overtime opportunities available.
Schedule
- Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of guaranteed overtime every two weeks
- On average 15 scheduled days per month
- Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend
- 12-hour continuous schedule

Responsibilities
- Operate forklift at a safe speed and within company guidelines
- Receive, ship, load, and unload all product, raw material and supplies
- Keep production line supplied with the necessary raw material and supplies needed to run efficiently
- Stack finished goods in the warehouse at various heights
- Complete proper documentation and prepare necessary reports on incoming shipments
- Maintain the forklifts in a clean and orderly fashion and perform daily forklift safety inspection
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
- Ability to demonstrate forklift driving experience and pass a certification test
- The ability to follow instructions and be a team player
- A safety-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
