Ryder is hiring Sit-down Forklift Operators in Princeton, Kentucky. This position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career path you can feel good about.
Responsibilities
- Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Auditing, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks.
- Handling day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
- Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during peak production hours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience.
- A valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- The ability to work within a diverse work environment.
- The ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- The ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to work using health and safety methods.
- The ability to work within a flexible schedule on various shifts.
- The ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.

Pay
$18.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour for overtime.
Schedule
D Shift: Wednesday 12:00 am - 6:00 am & Thursday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.
