Warehouse Forklift Operator

What You’ll Do

• Operate heavy-duty forklifts daily, performing high-reach put-aways, retrievals, and replenishment at heights of 26+ feet.
• Safely load, unload, stage, and secure inbound and outbound trailers, specialized containers, and oversized pergola components.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections, maintain high-rack storage organization, and enforce strict OSHA safety standards.
• Execute accurate real-time inventory updates and location confirms within the Warehouse Management System (Canary7).
• Flex into general receiving, picking, kitting, and packing operations to support the shopfloor team as daily volume demands shift.

What You’ll Bring

• Valid forklift certification with 2+ years of daily high-reach (26+ feet) and heavy-duty equipment operation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to safely manage, maneuver, and lift large, heavy, or irregularly shaped freight and materials.
• Basic proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) scanning and inventory confirmation tools (Canary7 preferred).
• Uncompromising commitment to workplace safety, pre-shift equipment maintenance, and pedestrian awareness protocols.
• A team-oriented mindset with reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to support floor priorities.
