Responsibilities

• Properly operate Lift Trucks - Stock/Cherry Pickers.
• Complete the Order Picker checklist and ensure the pallet is on forks before lifting.
• Ensure proper inspections before lift use every day.
• Safely pick up pallets from staging locations.
• Put away items. Document their locations with accuracy.
• Practice safe material handling.
• Count the pieces put away and compare them with the scanner.
• Make sure that each item has a label.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the work area at the end of the day.
• Maintain the expectation quota.
• Help other departments if needed.

Requirements

• The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
• Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A flexible attitude.
• A self-motivated and determined mindset to succeed.
• Able to manage details.
• Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.
• A clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• A goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
