Warehouse Equipment Operators

About the Role

We’re looking for Warehouse Equipment Operators to work in our client's climate-controlled facility! Earn up to $21.00/hr in a fast paced, fun environment, working with a leader in eCommerce. 6 months PIT experience required. WALK-IN HIRING EVENT! Date: Monday, September 21st Time: 9:00am-1:00pm Event Address: 100 Decker Dr Ste 160, Irving, TX 75062. Pay Rate: $20. Shift Times (as available): Various Shifts. Orientation will be at 9am Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely
• High school diploma or a GED
• Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
• Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
• Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
• Occasional small step stool/ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves

Pay

Pay Rate: $20 per hour (up to $21.00/hr)
