Warehouse Equipment Operator
About the role
Ferguson is seeking Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our 3rd shift team (Sunday–Thursday) at various locations. The position offers a starting pay rate of $22.00/hour, with potential for higher rates based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
- Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
- Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
- Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
- Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
- Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
- Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
- Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
- Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of warehouse background
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
- Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
- Ability to excel in fast-paced environment

Pay
The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements. The estimated range for this role is $15.00 - $27.36 per hour.
Schedule
Shift: Sunday–Thursday
Sunday: 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Overtime as needed
