Warehouse Employee

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Employee to support daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your work will play a critical role in delivering excellent service to our customers while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments and inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with company standards.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or industrial equipment industries.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with parts handling.
