Warehouse/Driver

About the role

A Warehouse/Driver at DNOW delivers customer-ordered material on a regularly scheduled basis while maintaining professionalism and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Represent DNOW professionally at all times.
• Receive freight shipments and verify material accuracy from vendors.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat appearance of the warehouse.
• Assist customers with products and services; review packing lists/orders for accuracy.
• Obtain customer signatures and stamps for deliveries.
• Notify DNOW personnel when requested material arrives.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and relay information to supervisors.
• Deliver supplies to rig and production sites, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Restock Autocrib technology and maintain POU equipment in the field.
• Perform inventory put-away, will-call service, order picking, and other warehouse duties.
• Improve customer relationships through excellent service.
• Complete other assigned responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current, valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to operate forklifts and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Load and unload trucks safely using material handling equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make responsible decisions and follow established guidelines.
• Integrity, dedication to results, and ability to maintain positive working relationships.
