Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on safety/security deficiencies
- Manage delivery of training programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Plan and attend OSHA required safety classes and specific training as mandated by NFM
- Aid in workload prioritization and meeting timelines
Qualifications
- Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- One-year labor or warehouse experience preferred
- NFM Warehouse experience preferred for internal candidates
- Lift test requirement: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
