Warehouse Department Trainer-Overnight Machine Operations

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on safety/security deficiencies
• Manage delivery of training programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Plan and attend OSHA required safety classes and specific training as mandated by NFM
• Aid in workload prioritization and meeting timelines

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement of 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• One-year labor or warehouse experience preferred
• NFM Warehouse experience preferred for internal candidates
• Lift test requirement: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
