Warehouse/Delivery Driver Helper

Our Weston Mills location is looking for a Warehouse/Delivery Driver Helper to unload furniture, use an RF scan gun to track product storage, help prep the next day’s deliveries, and ride along to assist with in-home deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who desires to advance and take on delivery driving responsibilities.

Schedule

• 4-day work week
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• $18/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle furniture up to 100 lbs. or more
• Help unload and put away furniture from inbound trailers using an RF scan gun
• Use drills and hand tools to assemble furniture
• Help prep next-day delivery furniture by removing packaging, inspecting for damage, and attaching handles if necessary
• Ride along on deliveries with the goal of advancing to driving a delivery truck
• Set up products in customers’ homes

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean history
• High school diploma/GED; must be 18 or older
• Driver positions require being 21 or older due to insurance requirements
• Mechanically inclined; experience using drills and hand tools to assemble
• Previous warehouse and/or delivery experience preferred
• Eligible to be DOT certified (physical/drug screen) upon hire
