Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires in the warehouse
• Deliver products to customers on local routes
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
• Perform basic vehicle checks & keep equipment clean
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery
• Assist with inventory and warehouse organization

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
• Meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any DOT minimum age requirement where applicable
• Team player with a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move tires (up to 50 lbs. frequently)
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Operate equipment including order pickers and forklifts (OSHA certification training provided)
• Work in a warehouse and outdoors in different weather conditions
• Flexible scheduling including some Saturdays
• Ability to safely operate equipment and vehicles in accordance with applicable regulations
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 ft on order pickers
• Commitment to following all safety rules and company policies
• Maintain valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height to meet physical compatibility with equipment and safety restraints (reasonable accommodations reviewed per ADA)

Pay

Starting at $16.65/hr with a $2.00 increase after the first year; weekly pay (every Friday).

Schedule

Day shift, full‑time; flexible scheduling including some Saturdays.
