About the Role

The HVAC Warehouse/Delivery Associate ensures HVAC installations run smoothly by safely gathering, packing, and delivering materials to job sites. This role prioritizes installer needs, maintains accurate paperwork, and keeps the warehouse organized.

Responsibilities

• Pull and package materials for HVAC installations
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Drive within the region to deliver materials to job sites
• Communicate effectively with management and installers
• Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and warehouse
• Record serial numbers and ensure accurate inventory tracking
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to support installer needs
• Assist installers on-site as needed
• Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and efficient
• Support team efforts to ensure homeowner satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in harsh conditions
• Pass background checks, drug screening, and physical assessments
