Warehouse Delivery Associate

About the role

Join our shipping & receiving team as a Warehouse/Delivery Associate and use your knowledge to ensure you properly receive incoming material; maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions and deletions for materials from the record. Prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally and externally with a company vehicle. Execute standard procedures and assist the Logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous‑improvement environment. Assist in building a best‑in‑class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product between locations using a box truck
• Ensure zero product delinquency
• Assist in training new team members
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives
• Execute standard procedures
• Transport material internally and externally
• Receive material and maintain accurate records
• Prepare product for shipment according to specifications or customer requirements
• Assist the Logistics team to meet task deadlines consistently

Requirements

• Valid Texas driver’s license
• At least 1 year of delivery experience
• Clean motor‑vehicle record
• At least 1 year of material‑handling experience
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lb, frequently up to 50 lb, and occasionally more than 75 lb (with assistance)
• At least 1 year of forklift‑driving experience

Pay

The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $15.69 to $26.72 per hour, varying by specific work location and based on market conditions, skills, and experience.
