Warehouse Delivery Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide support in pick-up and delivery of customer & tasting room orders.
• Assisting in all processing, assembling, delivering of wine club, employee, non-profit, online, donation and event wine orders.
• Stocking all shipping (UPS, FedEx and DHL) supplies.
• Working with marketing on packing and mailing samples.
• Auxiliary in events to ensure staffing and deliveries for wine events are completed.
• Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damage.
• Provide outstanding service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make last-minute order adjustments as requested by customers.
• Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from customers.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Handle and transport product safely.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Be flexible, professional, highly motivated, and must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and complete tasks with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with flexible hours. 40 hours per week.
