Warehouse Associate- Services

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for unloading, receiving, checking in and putting away products for our customers. They are also responsible for picking and packing products to ship for our customers. They also help maintain an accurate inventory in the warehouse management system.

• Perform cycle counting and stock verification
• Replenish primary pick locations from secondary storage locations
• Transfer product between inventory business units based on set of guidelines
• Storing, cutting, packing, loading for shipment
• Receiving, building, shipping Kits/BOMS
• Following safety techniques and participation in safety programs
• Maintaining productivity standards and ensuring accuracy of work to ensure set standards for inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Operating pallet jacks, fork trucks, lift trucks, reach trucks, order pickers, automated conveyers, cable cutting machines, saws, nail guns, tape machines
• Receipt and put away all product per documented procedures as well as dispositioning non-conforming product, purchase order, or damaged shipments
• Ensuring outbound shipments are worked in line with our documented procedures and processes

Qualifications

• High School graduate
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
• High organizational skills
• Ability to work well with all levels of management

• Knowledge of RF processes using Intermec RF scanning equipment
• Experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
• Valid driver’s licenses and clean MVR

Pay

Pay Range in the United States: $20 - $25 based upon geography, skills, and experience. May also be eligible for performance incentive opportunity based on company and individual goals and performance.
