Warehouse Decommissioning Laborer position in Waukesha, WI. Full-time, onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Remove equipment, office furniture, electronics, and other materials from warehouses and facilities.
- Sort equipment and materials for reuse, recycling, resale, or disposal.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers.
- Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare equipment for transportation.
- Move heavy equipment safely using pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment.
- Assist with warehouse duties.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be dependable and arrive on time.
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds safely.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
- Willingness to work in different environments.
- Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.

Pay
