Warehouse Decommissioning Laborer

Warehouse Decommissioning Laborer position in Waukesha, WI. Full-time, onsite role.

Responsibilities

• Remove equipment, office furniture, electronics, and other materials from warehouses and facilities.
• Sort equipment and materials for reuse, recycling, resale, or disposal.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare equipment for transportation.
• Move heavy equipment safely using pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assist with warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and arrive on time.
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds safely.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team.
• Willingness to work in different environments.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Pay
