Warehouse (Day Shift)

About the role

This position requires working in a cold, damp environment with temperatures of 45 degrees or less. The role involves a variety of tasks including packing, wrapping, labeling, and loading.

Responsibilities

• Stand for entire shift on concrete and/or elevated platforms.
• Tolerate cold temperatures of 45 degrees or less.
• Pull, push, sort, and pack meat product.
• Palletize boxed product and scan to complete customer orders.
• Ensure accuracy of all orders being pulled.
• Handle general paperwork such as picking lists, packing lists, bills of lading, seals, etc.
• Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
• Follow all food and safety protocols.
• Use a computer and prioritize work for efficiency.

Requirements

• Must wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Forklift/pallet jack experience is useful.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
