About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Data Specialist to manage warehouse data systems, optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, ensure accurate inventory records, and support daily warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with WMS, data analysis, Excel, scan-based technology (PDA/RF Scanners), and warehouse operations, including temporary workforce coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report daily warehouse operational metrics, inventory accuracy, and productivity data.
• Utilize Advanced Excel and data management tools to generate insightful operational reports for leadership.
• Maintain and optimize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and inventory mismatches in real time.
• Manage handheld scanning equipment (PDAs, RF scanners, barcode readers) and ensure accurate data collection across all operations.
• Train warehouse personnel on correct scanning protocols and barcode system usage.
• Support daily warehouse floor operations to ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Assist in managing and coordinating temporary workforce (temp staff) schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.).
• Warehouse operations experience is preferred.
• Experience working with handheld scanners (PDA/RF Scanner).
• Experience analyzing operational or inventory data.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Schedule

• Shift A: Sunday – Wednesday or Sunday – Tuesday, Day Shift (8am – 8pm)
• Shift B: Sunday – Wednesday or Sunday – Tuesday, Night Shift (8pm – 8am) with $6/hour night shift allowance
• Shift C: Wednesday – Saturday or Thursday – Saturday, Day Shift (8am – 8pm)
• Shift D: Wednesday – Saturday or Thursday – Saturday, Night Shift (8pm – 8am) with $6/hour night shift allowance

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills. Night shift allowance of $6/hour applies for applicable night shifts.
