Responsibilities

  • Analyze business data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all operations comply with OSHA, Sonepar safety policies, and electrical handling standards.
  • Conduct routine safety audits and ensure all associates use required PPE.
  • Coordinate with the Safety and Maintenance teams for equipment inspections and incident reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or electrical distribution environment.
  • 1–2 years in a supervisory or administrative role preferred.
