Warehouse Cycle Counters 1st Shift

Ryder is hiring Warehouse Inventory Clerks in Opa Locka, FL. Work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment handling retail items. These roles support distribution across the US with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Pay

$22.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Schedule

First Shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary
• Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues
• Resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more of previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more of experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) experience preferred
• Ability to recognize and read location, date, and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and self-driven to excel
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up practices
• Depending on location, may be required to be equipment certified
