About the role
CJ Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling customer communications, scheduling shipments, and managing paperwork in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication – Handle all customer inquiries and issues, ensuring high-quality service and smooth operations.
- Schedule & Organize – Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track.
- Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation accurately.
- Dock & Yard Coordination – Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure efficiency.
- Team Player – Work collaboratively with shift leads and assist in shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Shipping & Receiving Experience (a plus, but not required)

- Adaptability to work in a 24/7, 365 operation
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour base pay + $1.50 per hour shift differential
Schedule
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday; 7pm - 7am
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 7pm - 7am
