About the role
Join our passionate team as a Warehouse Associate—no experience required! This active role keeps you moving and interacting with different teams daily. You’ll learn how to receive, organize, and deliver retail/rental goods to ensure our stores and guests have everything they need for the ultimate outdoor experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete physical and active tasks to pick, pack, and deliver goods efficiently
- Work with warehouse functions and tools (training provided)
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards
- Gain knowledge of ski/snowboard assembly and retail/rental operations
- May assist other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Fluent communication in spoken and written English
- Effective time management to complete store deliveries
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum age: 18 years
Pay
Starting wage: $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
