Responsibilities
- Build custom wooden crates, pallets, and packaging materials according to specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using hand tools and power tools.
- Safely package and secure products for shipment to prevent damage during transit.
- Read and interpret packaging instructions, blueprints, and shipping requirements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect finished crates and packages for quality and compliance.
- Absorb and unload shipments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in crating, carpentry, packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds with assistance.

- Ability to safely use measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through.
