Warehouse & Counter Sales Associate (part-time)

About the role

This dynamic role blends customer service, parts sales, and warehouse duties. You'll assist walk-in customers, manage showroom inventory, and fulfill orders.

Job Duties

• Inventory Work: Receive, check, and stock new items.
• Order Prep: Pack and get orders ready to ship out safely.
• Counter Sales: Help walk-in buyers and sell equipment parts.
• Phone Help: Answer calls and share product deals.
• Cleaning: Keep the work areas neat and safe.

Requirements

• Lifting: Lift up to 50 pounds by yourself and stand all day.
• Tech Skills: Use basic computers and barcode scanners.
• People Skills: Talk well and help multiple people at once.
• School & ID: Have a high school diploma (or GED) and a driver's license.
• Forklift Certification: Required [will train for this].

Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED, 1+ years of warehouse work, Basic inventory knowledge.
• Skills: Valid driver's license, Current forklift license (sit-down and stand-up), Basic computer and scanner skills.
• Personal Skills: Good customer service, Ability to multitask, Strong teamwork and communication, Honest and safety-focused.
• Physical Needs: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Availability Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, Days: Monday through Friday, Shift: First shift, with schedule flexibility between 8am-4pm.
