Part-Time Front Counter Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Selling tires and related services at retail prices, including road hazard, valves, balancing, and disposal.
• Informing customers of vehicle inspection findings and recommending solutions.
• Following up on all work performed for customers, beyond just tire sales.
• Maintaining product knowledge and shop capabilities.
• Adhering to policies and procedures for invoicing, credit, and paperwork.
• Learning about products sold by competitors and staying informed about industry offerings.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Sales and/or management experience with a successful track record.
• Minimum 1 year in the tire and automotive service industry.
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to lift and carry items weighing at least 50 lbs., and perform activities like pulling, pushing, bending, standing, reaching, and stooping.
