Warehouse Coordinator Night Shift

About the role

Responsible for operating a forklift in the warehouse while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. Maintains the efficient flow of product through the production process. Schedules and confirms all receiving and shipping for the site. Provides administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and performs any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift as needed by the night shift operation
• Schedule and confirm all receiving and shipping for the site
• Read and interpret information quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Provide administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 6–12 months of warehouse shipping and receiving administrative support and data entry experience
• Must be able to work Sundays to Thursdays, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM or until finished
• Must be available to work Saturdays and overtime as needed
• No attendance issues

Pay

$23 to $24 per hour

Schedule

Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM or until finished
