About the Role
Responsible for operating a forklift in the warehouse while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. Maintains the efficient flow of product through the production process. Schedules and confirms all receiving and shipping for the site. Provides administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, performing any duties assigned to best serve the company.
Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up forklift as needed by the night shift operation.
- Schedule and confirm all receiving and shipping for the site.
- Read and interpret information quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Provide administrative support, including communication, paperwork, and system data entry.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and company.
Schedule
- Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM or until finished.
- Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- No attendance issues permitted.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 6–12 months of warehouse shipping and receiving administrative support and data entry experience.
