Warehouse Coordinator - HVAC

About the role

At Carjon Air Conditioning & Heating, we're a family-owned business since 1989 that's built a strong reputation for exceptional service. We're looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help keep our installation and service teams efficient and successful.

Responsibilities

• Start your day early (7:00 AM) helping dispatch install crews so they're on the road quickly
• Stage install jobs 2-3 days in advance with accuracy and attention to detail
• Receive deliveries, organize inventory, and keep the warehouse, yard, and grounds clean and organized
• Pull materials, check schedules, and make sure nothing is missed
• Deliver parts and paperwork to our field teams as needed
• Aid with inventory counts, CRM system maintenance, and light duct fabrication support
• Keep our facility running smoothly so our technicians can focus on delivering top-quality comfort to customers

What We Offer

• Starting Pay: $23. - $25 per hour

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Tow Motor (forklift) certification or willingness to get certified
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Reliable - must be ready to work by 7:00 AM
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work indoors/outdoors
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
