Warehouse Coordinator

With over 115 years of experience, 34 offices in the Southeast, and over 500 Technicians, we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to help us maintain our position as the best service company in the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment and parts.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, record all stock movements in the warehouse management system, conduct and support physical inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Receiving and Shipping Operations: Oversee receipt of incoming parts, inspect quality and accuracy, and coordinate preparation and dispatch of outgoing parts to meet client specifications.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and coordinate with service teams to address order-related issues or special requests.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, optimize space utilization, and ensure safe and secure storage of materials.
• Fleet Management: Coordinate fleet maintenance activities, maintain accurate fleet records, schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, manage service requests with vendors, and handle delivery, receipt, setup, and assignment of fleet vehicles.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
