About the role

TrinWare, a Centennial, Colorado-based custom computer hardware production and fulfillment organization, is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to elevate our business to the next level. Responsibilities

  • Maintain receiving, warehousing, and supplies by coordinating with other associates on receiving, warehousing, shipping, and distribution.
  • Prepare and assemble customer-specific kitting, assembly, and packaging requirements.
  • Control inventory levels by conducting physical and cycle counts as needed; reconciling with inventory management software and the Director of Product Procurement.
  • Support the physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts and inspecting equipment.
  • Pull, serialize, and prepare orders and shipments for the production department, will call, and courier orders.
  • Arrange and obtain quotes for courier and LTL services from predetermined companies.
  • Label and stock products received in a timely and organized fashion.
  • Ship products in a timely, efficient, proper, and professional manner.
  • Process and sort incoming customer and vendor RMAs accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the production department’s orders and peripherals are pulled and prepared in advance for efficient and timely order processing.
  • Organize shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas daily in preparation for the next business day.
  • Assist the Production Department in packaging finished goods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Technical Production Manager and/or Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a distribution and/or production warehouse.
  • Minimum of a 2-year Associate’s degree or related experience.
  • Experience in the computer hardware industry is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs if necessary.
  • Ability to be on your feet 95-100% of the day.
  • Knowledge of detailed computer products and components is preferred.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with UPS World Ship, FedEx, various courier web portals, LTL, and other carrier operations and software packages.
  • Meticulous accuracy in shipping and inbounding products.
  • Inventory control regarding stocking, pulling orders, and maintaining an efficient warehouse operation.
  • Experience with inventory cycle counting and executing inventory counts.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized warehouse skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Understanding of general FIFO and inventory movement accounting procedures.
  • Ability to execute, process, and perform mid-inventory cycle counts.
  • Expertise in MAS90 (can be gained on the job).
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Team player willing to help other departments as necessary.

Schedule

  • 40+ hours per week; hours may fluctuate with business needs.
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required from time to time.
  • Potential shifts: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM with a one-hour lunch.

Pay

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and proven track record.
