Warehouse Coordinator

Location: United States - Golden Valley, MN

About the role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving inventory, receiving, and material flow discrepancies that occur within the SAP system, ensuring timely movement of parts. You will work with appropriate stakeholders in the warehouse or IT to resolve exceptions to proper material flow.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for system-related discrepancy resolution in shipping, receiving, and material handling functions prior to escalating to IT/S4 SME.
• Monitors all warehouse management queues and logs that could generate errors on a daily basis.
• Reconciles "Grief" Transactions, identifying and fixing discrepancies in the SAP system where material movement (e.g., receipt, transfer, picking) has stalled.
• Coordinates error resolution between appropriate stakeholders to ensure prompt response and resolution.
• Identifies common root causes of repeat transactional issues and brings them to leadership for system resolution, process improvement, or behavioral infractions.
• Audits compliance to warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• 6 months of distribution or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing initiatives preferred.
• SAP S4 Warehouse Management Systems knowledge required.

Pay

$49,700 - $74,700 per year
