About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator at TWC Services Inc., you will assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment and parts. This role is ideal for someone ready to apply their knowledge and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, record stock movements in the warehouse management system, conduct physical inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies.
• Receiving and Shipping Operations: Oversee the receipt of incoming parts, inspect quality and accuracy, and coordinate the preparation and dispatch of outgoing parts to meet client specifications.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and coordinate with service teams to address order-related issues or special requests.
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, optimize space utilization, and ensure safe and secure storage of materials and products.
• Fleet Management: Coordinate fleet maintenance activities, maintain accurate fleet records, schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, manage vendor service requests, and oversee the delivery, receipt, setup, and assignment of fleet vehicles.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of purchasing or procurement experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
