Warehouse Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving by inspecting the condition of vehicles and cargo, preparing and loading them into overseas shipping containers.
• Prepare cargo for export, including documentation and compliance checks.
• Load and unload cargo into/from overseas shipping containers.
• Receive cargo, issue condition reports, take photos, and maintain accurate records.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or designated areas.
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequences.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory tracking, and shipment documentation.
• Maintain and organize warehouse and work area to ensure safety and operational efficiency at all times.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by performing general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, dusting, mopping, and other facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs as required.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Forklift license is preferred – must be able to certify within first six months of hire
• Experience in operation of a table saw, nail gun and basic tools
• Basic proficiency in English is required to communicate with internal/external employees and customers
• Able to read, write, comprehend for work related communication
• Must be able to understand basic instructions and guidelines and participate in job-required training and assessments
• Spanish is a plus
• Able to drive a stick shift vehicle and have a valid driver license
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment ensure shipping and receiving deadlines are met
• Consistent, reliable, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts
