Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

i2G specializes in advanced physical electronic security and life safety solutions, including surveillance, access control, intrusion detection systems, biometrics, fence sensors, radars, ground sensors, and anti-drone technologies. The Warehouse Coordinator ensures efficient warehouse operations by organizing inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and supporting logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Warehouse Coordinators may operate vehicles like trailers, forklifts, or other machinery to transport heavy materials and safely dispose of leftover packing materials or hazardous waste. Applicants must be at least 25 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical lifts, forklifts, or vehicles to load and unload materials.
• Take inventory of materials shipped or received.
• Store, count, weigh, and open materials received.
• Load and unload trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods.
• Fill warehouse orders and label boxes to identify materials.
• Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of general access control systems (Lenel and Genetec preferred).
• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their components, and installation labor.
• Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to be creative and resourceful in solving uncommon challenges.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer focus and commitment to client satisfaction.
• 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
• Clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain education is a plus.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
