About the role
O&M Warehouse Coordinator – Renewable Energy Projects Gridworks is seeking a dependable and highly organized Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations and inventory control. This role is responsible for verifying and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records in our Inventory Management System (UpKeep), and ensuring materials are prepared and delivered on time. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
Established in 2014, Gridworks is a leading EPC contractor for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Primarily operating across the Southwest, we are expanding into other regions. With nearly 3 GW of solar and battery energy storage projects, we are well positioned for continued success in the rapidly growing clean energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Loads and unloads goods and supplies while ensuring their proper handling
- Examines incoming and outgoing shipment contents and compares against manifests, invoices, or orders for accuracy
- Ensures cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory
- Maintains warehouse quality, tracks damaged inventory, and reports damage to Operations Manager
- Packs, seals, labels, and affixes postage preparing materials for shipping
- Records shipment data for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes including weight, charges, space availability, damages, and discrepancies
